The Nature Center is part of a 100-acre nature preserve with riparian and oak woodlands, shrub lands, meadows, and aquatic habitats.

If you are planning a visit for an organized group, please review these guidelines. Space in the Nature Center and on the trails is limited so please arrange your visit in advance if possible.
The Visitor Center is traditionally open Tuesday through Sunday (and more Monday holidays) at 9am; however, hours are currently subject to change due to COVID-19 and air quality. Click here to see current hours. Our front desk staff and naturalists are available to help you plan a hike into the Nature Preserve, meet our resident animals, explore the museum, or answer your questions.
